Relevant Projects

I am currently working on obtaining a local historic cultural monument designation from the City of Los Angeles for the Japanese Hospital, a site that symbolizes places of importance to underrepresented communities. Additionally, I am developing a taiko (Japanese drum) workshop series on behalf of my community group to preserve and share the spirit of traditional Japanese drumming, as well as to empower, inspire creativity, and create cultural understanding for children ages 8-12.
