Lanae Spruce
Lanae Spruce (@_BlackMuses) is currently the digital engagement specialist at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture (NMAAHC). She is building the museum's digital media presence to foster learning, creativity, and shared discovery—as a means to transform our understanding of the African American experience, American history, race and modern society. Her areas of specialization include: social media content strategy, social community curation and digital organizing. She also has an interest in Black Twitter, diversity and equity, technology, race and social justice.
